NHC: Tropical Storm Gordon Projected Path, Spaghetti Models
MIAMI, Florida – NOAA’s National Hurricane Center issued a Public Advisory at 11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on Friday, September 13, 2024, due to the presence of Tropical Storm Gordon.

NHC forecasters say that the storm is expected to move more to the west this weekend and Monday.
Maximum sustained winds have increased to near 40 mph (65 km/h) with higher gusts. Slight strengthening is expected today before a weakening trend begins on Saturday,
Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 70 miles (110 km) from the center.
NOAA and Colorado State University forecast an “extremely active” 2024 Atlantic Hurricane Season, which runs from June 1 through November 30.
