MIAMI, Florida – The MICHELIN Guide has expanded its Florida selection with 14 new restaurants, rating the state’s diverse culinary offerings across Greater Miami, Orlando, Tampa, and Winter Park.
In Greater Miami, four additions include Kojin 2.0 (contemporary with Japanese flair), Recoveco (bold small plates), Sunny’s Steakhouse (luxurious steaks), and ViceVersa (Neapolitan-style pizza).
Orlando features five new spots: Bánh Mì Boy (Vietnamese sandwiches), Gyukatsu Rose (Japanese beef cutlets), Kai Kai (Cantonese barbecue), Smokemade Meats + Eats (Texas-style barbecue), and Walala Hand-Pulled Noodle House (Lanzhou-style noodles).
Tampa adds four: Big Ray’s Fish Camp (seafood shack), Cousin Vinny’s Sandwich Co. (Italian-American sandwiches), Fisk (Scandinavian-seafood), and Mad Dogs & Englishmen (English gastropub).
Winter Park’s Bar Kada offers casual Japanese-international fare.
