Florida Man Buys $2 Million Scratch-Off Ticket

MIAMI, Florida – The Florida Lottery announced that Alejandro Morales, of Miami, claimed a top prize of $2 million from the MONOPOLY SECRET VAULT Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s district office in Tampa.

The Miami-Dade County man chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,153,865.00.

Morales purchased his winning ticket from Winn Dixie, located at 11241 S.W. 40th Street in Miami.

The retailer received a $4,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

The Scratch-Off game, $10 MONOPOLY SECRET VAULT, launched in July and features four top prizes of $2 million. The game’s overall odds are 1-in-3.41.
