For this afternoon and evening on Monday, April 6, 2026, interior portions of west central and southwest Florida have a marginal risk of heavy rainfall and flooding.

Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected, with the highest chances over the interior and across portions of southwest Florida.

Heavy downpours in any stronger storms could lead to localized minor flooding.
