A ticket sold in Illinois matched all six numbers in the March 10, 2026, Mega Millions drawing, winning the jackpot of $533 million with a cash option of $244.2 million. The enhanced Mega Millions format, introduced in April 2025, continues to offer larger jackpots and improved odds.

Two tickets sold in Maryland and Illinois matched all five white balls, securing the second-tier prize. One ticket in Maryland with a 4X Megaplier won $4 million, and one in Illinois with a 5X Megaplier won $5 million. No other second-tier winners had the 2X, 3X, or 10X Megaplier.

Seven tickets hit four white balls plus the Mega Ball, earning $10,000 each in the third-tier prize. Three with a 2X Megaplier won $20,000, two with a 3X Megaplier won $30,000, one with a 4X Megaplier won $40,000, and one with a 5X Megaplier won $50,000. None had the 10X Megaplier.
