
ORLANDO, Florida – The Florida Lottery announced that Rafael Arciniegas Rosario, 59, of Kissimmee, claimed a $1 million prize from the GOLD RUSH LEGACY Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee on December 10.
The Osceola County man chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $640,000.00.
Arciniegas Rosario turned $20 into $1 million when he purchased his winning ticket from RaceTrac, located at 6803 Conway Road in Orlando.
The $20 Scratch-Off game, GOLD RUSH LEGACY, launched in April 2024 and features four top prizes of $10 million and 20 prizes of $1 million.
The game’s overall odds of winning are 1-in-2.97.
