No ticket matched all six numbers in the January 23, 2026, Mega Millions drawing, pushing the next jackpot for Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 11 p.m. ET, to an estimated $285 million with a cash option of $128.6 million. The enhanced Mega Millions format, introduced in April 2025, continues to offer larger jackpots and improved odds.

Two tickets sold in New York and California matched all five white balls, securing the second-tier prize. One ticket in New York with a 2X Megaplier won $2 million, sold at ORANGE CITGO FOOD MART, 650 COUNTY ROUTE 1, PINE ISLAND. One ticket in California with a 3X Megaplier won $3 million, but due to California’s pari-mutuel system, the prize is $1,265,778, sold at ARCO AM/PM, 280 OLD NUEVO RD, PERRIS CA 92571. No other second-tier winners had the 4X, 5X, or 10X Megaplier.

Eight tickets hit four white balls plus the Mega Ball, earning $10,000 each in the third-tier prize. Seven with a 2X Megaplier won $20,000, and one with a 3X Megaplier won $30,000. None had the 4X, 5X, or 10X Megaplier.
