BALTIMORE, Maryland – A Cash4Life ticket sold in Maryland won the second-tier prize in the Tuesday, January 27, 2026, drawing, according to the Florida Lottery. The ticket matched all five numbers—15, 26, 32, 44, 59—but not the Cash Ball, 01, winning $1,000 a week for life.
The drawing had no winners for the top prize of $1,000 a day for life.
The fortunate winner now faces a life-altering decision: accept the weekly payments, which amount to $52,000 annually for life (guaranteed for a minimum of 20 years), or choose a one-time lump-sum payment of $1 million.
In the January 27 drawing, there were 10,490 total winners. The odds of winning the top prize are 1 in 21,846,048, and the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 8.
The winner has 180 days to claim the prize and can choose between weekly payments or the lump sum. Maryland law allows lottery winners to remain anonymous.
