No ticket matched all six numbers in the December 22, 2025, Powerball drawing, pushing the next jackpot for Wednesday, December 24, 2025, to an estimated $1.70 billion with a cash option of $781.3 million, the fourth largest in Powerball history and among U.S. lottery games. The jackpot for Monday’s draw was estimated at $1.59 billion, with a cash value of $729.1 million, but it rolled over after no one claimed the top prize.

Nine tickets sold in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New York (two), Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Wisconsin won $1 million each by matching all five white balls. Two of the winning tickets in New York were sold at Hansa M Patel, JCDecaux Newsstand in front of Chase, 45 Pine Street, New York and Gurcharan and Brothers, 100 West Merrick Road, Valley Stream (Nassau County). No tickets with Power Play hit the five white balls for the $2 million prize.
