No ticket matched all six numbers in the December 22, 2025, Powerball drawing, pushing the next jackpot for Wednesday, December 24, 2025, to an estimated $1.70 billion with a cash option of $781.3 million, the fourth largest in Powerball history and among U.S. lottery games. The jackpot for Monday’s draw was estimated at $1.59 billion, with a cash value of $729.1 million, but it rolled over after no one claimed the top prize.
Nine tickets sold in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New York (two), Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Wisconsin won $1 million each by matching all five white balls.
