
NEW YORK, New York – A Cash4Life ticket sold in New York won the second-tier prize in the Monday, November 3, 2025, drawing, according to the Florida Lottery. The ticket matched all five numbers—09, 10, 16, 38, 51—but not the Cash Ball, 01, winning $1,000 a week for life. The winning ticket was sold at Valley Gas & Repair Inc, 385 W Merrick Road, Valley Stream in Nassau County.
The drawing had no winners for the top prize of $1,000 a day for life.
The fortunate winner now faces a life-altering decision: accept the weekly payments, which amount to $52,000 annually for life (guaranteed for a minimum of 20 years), or choose a one-time lump-sum payment of $1 million.
In the November 3 drawing, there were 11,500 total winners. Prize levels included: 0 winners of $1,000 a day for life; 1 winner in New York of $1,000 a week for life; 1 winner of $2,500 (4-of-5 + Cash Ball); 2 winners of $500 (4-of-5); 54 winners of $100 (3-of-5 + Cash Ball); 213 winners of $25 (3-of-5); 1,046 winners of $10 (2-of-5 + Cash Ball); 3,484 winners of $4 (2-of-5); and 6,700 winners of a free ticket (1-of-5 + Cash Ball).
Cash4Life is played in 10 states: Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia. Drawings occur daily at 9:00 p.m. ET, with tickets costing $2.
The odds of winning the top prize are 1 in 21,846,048, and the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 8.
The winner has 180 days to claim the prize and can choose between weekly payments or the lump sum. New York law allows lottery winners to remain anonymous.
