Florida Missing Child Alert for 13-Year-Old Jaylen Glass In Volusia County

Update: Jaylen Glass has been found safe.

DAYTONA BEACH, Florida – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) has activated a Missing Child Alert for 13-year-old Jaylen Glass, who was last seen leaving David C. Hinson Middle School in Daytona Beach on October 21, 2025.

Authorities believe she left the school voluntarily but consider her endangered due to her age and the circumstances surrounding her disappearance

.Jaylen is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes, with distinctive features including a possible piercing in her left nostril and a scar on her right shoulder blade.

At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a purple top, blue jean shorts, black socks, and black slide sandals.

Local law enforcement, including the Daytona Beach Police Department, is leading the investigation.
