No ticket matched all six numbers in the August 26, 2025, Mega Millions drawing, pushing the next jackpot for Friday, August 29, 2025, at 11 p.m. ET, to an estimated $277 million with a cash option of $124.6 million. The enhanced Mega Millions format, introduced in April 2025, continues to offer larger jackpots and improved odds.

Two tickets sold in Florida and Mississippi matched all five white balls, securing the second-tier prize. One ticket in Mississippi with a 2X Megaplier won $2 million, and one in Florida with a 3X Megaplier won $3 million. The winning ticket in Florida was a quick pick sold at a Publix supermarket located at 2630 LPGA Boulevard in Daytona Beach. No other second-tier winners had the 4X, 5X, or 10X Megaplier.

Two tickets hit four white balls plus the Mega Ball, earning $10,000 each in the third-tier prize. One with a 2X Megaplier won $20,000, and one with a 3X Megaplier won $30,000. None had the 4X, 5X, or 10X Megaplier.
