Severe Thunderstorms, Heavy Rainfall For Tampa Bay, Southwest Florida

TAMPA BAY, Florida – The National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center has issued a Severe Weather Outlook for Central Florida on Monday, July 14, 2025, indicating a marginal risk of severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening.

Scattered thunderstorms are anticipated across the Florida Peninsula, influenced by a weak low/mid-level trough off the Atlantic Coast and an area of low pressure offshore the east coast of Florida producing disorganized showers.
