The Lee County man chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,195,000.00.
Torres Arroyo purchased his winning ticket from Wawa, located at 11031 Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers.
The retailer received a $4,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
