Severe Thunderstorms, Hail For Florida Panhandle

, Florida – According to the National Weather Service Tallahassee, a complex of strong to severe thunderstorms are moving from the west to the east and southeast across the Florida and Big Bend during the early morning on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

Stronger storms will be capable of producing:

  • Damaging winds (40-60 mph), capable of impacting power lines and trees.
  • Small Hail around pea size is possible with stronger storms.

Florida Panhandle cities at risk for severe weather include:

  • Tallahassee
  • Perry
  • DeFuniak Springs
  • Destin
  • Apalachicola

Severe Thunderstorm warnings were issued earlier this morning for Port Saint Joe, Eastpoint, Apalachicola, Tallahassee, Quincy, and Crawfordville.
