JACKSONVILLE, Florida – The National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center has issued a severe weather outlook for North Florida, due to the risk of severe thunderstorms across North Florida on Tuesday June 10, 2025.
According to NWS Jacksonville, strong to isolated severe thunderstorms will be possible this afternoon and evening, mainly across the I-95 corridor of northeast Florida.

A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 1pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 92. Heat index values as high as 100. Southwest wind 7 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Tonight
Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly before 11pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 74. South wind 6 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 16 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Wednesday
Showers and thunderstorms, mainly between 2pm and 5pm, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 5pm. High near 89. South wind 6 to 9 mph becoming southeast in the afternoon.
