Firefighters Respond to Blaze at Port St. Lucie Business, Two Injured

PORT ST. LUCIE — A fire broke out at 5:37 AM on Tuesday, June 03, 2025, at Southeast Pools & Spas in the 7300 block of U.S. Highway 1.

When St. Lucie County Fire District crews arrived, firefighters found approximately 50% of the building engulfed in flames.

The incident escalated to a second alarm, bringing over 45 firefighters and support personnel to the scene.

Crews contained the fire to the original building, with no damage reported to neighboring structures.

One civilian and one firefighter were transported by ground with non-life-threatening injuries.

Firefighters remain on scene, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
