The Florida Panhandle woman chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,195,000.00.

Hutto purchased her winning ticket from Quick Stop, located at 4925 E. Highway 22 in Panama City. The retailer received a $4,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
