PANAMA CITY, Florida – The Florida Lottery announced that Patricia Miles, of Panama City, claimed a $1 million prize from the $15,000,000 GOLD RUSH MULTIPLIER Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s Headquarters in Tallahassee.
The Bay County woman chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $597,700.00.
Miles turned $30 into $1 million when she purchased her winning ticket from Publix, located at 2310 South Highway 77 in Lynn Haven.
Publix received a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
The $30 Scratch-Off game, $15,000,000 GOLD RUSH MULTIPLIER, launched in September 2024 and features four top prizes of $15 million and six prizes of $1 million.
The game’s overall odds of winning are 1-in-2.6.
