The Polk County woman chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $640,000.00.

Seger purchased her winning ticket from Publix, located at 4747 S. Florida Avenue in Lakeland.

Publix received a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

The $50 Scratch-Off game, $1,000,000 A YEAR FOR LIFE SPECTACULAR, features two top prizes of $1 million a year for life and 234 prizes of $1 million.
