, Florida – The National Weather Service in Miami forecasts isolated to scattered thunderstorms across on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, primarily over interior areas and regions surrounding Lake Okeechobee.

No severe storms are anticipated, a shift from the more intense in recent days.

According to NWS , the highest probability of precipitation will be in Everglades City, with an 82% chance of rain. Other areas include Naples with a 30% chance, Miami and each with a 44% chance, and West Palm Beach with the lowest probability at 16%.
