Cutler Bay Woman Buys $1 Million Scratch-Off Ticket At Publix

CUTLER BAY, Florida- The Florida Lottery announced that Miozotis Quintana, 55, of Cutler Bay, claimed a $1 million top prize from the PLATINUM MINE 9X Scratch-Off game at the Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.

The Miami–Dade County woman chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $605,016.00.

Quintana turned $5 into $1 million when she purchased her winning ticket from Publix, located at 20951 Old Cutler Road in Cutler Bay. The retailer received a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
