The Sarasota County man chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $16,000,000.00.
Lindquist purchased his winning ticket from a Circle K convenience store located at 101 U.S. Highway 41 Bypass South in Venice.
The retailer received a $50,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
