DeSantis Orders Flags Flown At Half-Staff In Florida On Monday, April 28, 2025

TALLAHASSEE, Florida – Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has ordered U.S. and Florida state flags to be flown at half-staff on Monday, April 28, 2025, because the Florida State Fraternal Order of Police will be honoring all of the fallen officers from around the State who have paid the ultimate sacrifice.

In a memorandum issued Friday, Governor DeSantis directed the flags of the United States and the State of Florida to be flown at half-staff at all local and state buildings, installations, and grounds throughout the State of Florida from sunrise to sunset on Monday, April 28, 2025.
