, Florida – A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 9 a.m. along the Atlantic coast of South Florida on St. Patrick’s Day, Monday,  March 17, 2025, according to the National Weather Service in Miami
After the cold front passes this morning, a significantly drier air mass with filter in (dew points falling into the 30s and 40s plus RH values below 30%) and with wind gusts of 20-30 mph, this will bring an increased fire risk.
The in Miami has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from noon today to 8 PM EDT this evening. The Fire Watch is no longer in effect.
Mostly cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with highs in the 70s.
Lows overnight will be in the 50s to low 60s, with northwest winds at 15-25 mph, gusting to 30 mph.
A High Rip Current Risk remains in effect for Miami-, , and along the Atlantic Coast beaches.
