BOCA RATON, Florida – The Florida Lottery announced that Mykel Lane, 37, of Boca Raton, claimed a $1 million prize from the $15,000,000 GOLD RUSH MULTIPLIER Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s West Palm Beach District Office.
The Palm Beach County man chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $597,700.00.
Lane turned $30 into $1 million when he purchased his winning ticket from 7-Eleven, located at 20385 State Road 7 in Boca Raton.
The retailer received a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
The $30 Scratch-Off game, $15,000,000 GOLD RUSH MULTIPLIER, launched in September and features four top prizes of $15 million and six prizes of $1 million.
The game’s overall odds of winning are 1-in-2.60.
