JACKSONVILLE, Florida – The Florida Lottery announced that Louis Riskin, 46, of Jacksonville, claimed a $2 million top prize from the 100X THE CASH Scratch-Off game at Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.
The Duval County man chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,280,000.00.
Riskin purchased his winning ticket from G & W Food & Smoke, located at 2921 Monument Road in Jacksonville. The retailer received a $4,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
The $10 Scratch-Off game offers more than $243.4 million in cash prizes, including over 10 top prizes of $2 million. The game’s overall odds of winning are 1-in-3.49.
