WINTER GARDEN, Florida – According to the Winter Garden Police Department, on February 20, 2025, officers responded to a shooting call at approximately 3:51 p.m. in the area of 1031 Horizon Street.
Upon arrival, they found a 32-year-old man, identified as Ja’Keem DeShun Williams, dead next to a four-wheel motorcycle ATV.
Investigators determined that the incident stemmed from a disturbance related to an ongoing issue with individuals riding motorcycles in the apartment complex, during which a suspect fired at the motorcyclist.
The suspect, Ralph Hensel, 57, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
