Previous story:
SORRENTO, Florida – The Lake County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating a homicide that took place on Colby Place in Sorrento on February 20. Authorities have identified Justin Fout as a suspect and issued a warrant for his arrest. Patricia Neeley has been named a person of interest and a witness in the case.
Following the incident, investigators say that Fout and Neeley fled the scene in a white Dodge van that has noticeable damage. The vehicle has front and rear-end damage, red transfer paint on the rear from a collision, a spray-painted black right rear door, and a broken-out window on the left rear door. The van was last seen bearing a Florida license plate CX8651, which is not legally registered to the vehicle.
Investigators believe Fout and Neeley frequent the Orlando area, though they are reportedly homeless and living out of the van. The Lake County Sheriff’s Office urges the public to remain cautious and not approach them if spotted. Instead, anyone who sees the suspects or the vehicle should immediately call 9-1-1 or contact the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
