PLANO, Texas – KFC’s parent company, Yum! Brands, announced that it is relocating its U.S. headquarters from Louisville, Kentucky, to Plano, Texas. This move involves about 100 corporate employees transferring to Plano within the next six months, while an additional 90 remote workers will relocate there over the next 18 months.
The decision is part of a broader strategy to establish two U.S. brand headquarters: one in Plano for KFC and Pizza Hut, and another in Irvine, California, for Taco Bell and Habit Burger & Grill. Yum! Brands cited fostering greater collaboration and positioning the company for sustainable growth as reasons for the shift.
