The Lake County woman chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,209,700.00. Payne purchased her winning ticket from Publix, located at 27615 U.S. Highway 27 in Leesburg. The retailer received a $4,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket. For $10, the TRIPLE JACKPOT Scratch-Off game offers more than $132 million in total cash prizes, including four top prizes of $2 million. The game's overall odds of winning are 1-in-3.49.
