NORTH PORT, Florida – Authorities have issued a Florida MISSING CHILD Alert for 16-year-old Jaiyda Mitchell, who was last seen on February 26, 2025, in North Port, Florida.
Jaiyda was last spotted in the 3500 block of Sardinia Avenue wearing a cheetah-print headband, a white tank top, and pink pants. She is described as a Black female with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing approximately 110 pounds.
Officials believe she may be in the company of Alina Couvertier and Ra’Niyah Moorehead. The group may be traveling toward Tennessee.
Anyone with information on Jaiyda Mitchell’s whereabouts is urged to contact the North Port Police Department or call 911 immediately.
