Rain, Dangerous Rip Currents For South Florida
MIAMI, Florida - There will be isolated to scattered quick-moving showers across South Florida, primarily along the East Coast metro on Saturday, December 14, 2024, according to the National Weather Service in Miami.
Beachgoers along the East Coast should use caution as the high rip current risk continues.
South Florida will see another day with high temps in the upper 70s to low 80s.
Sunday through Friday
Hazardous marine conditions continue across the Atlantic waters through early next week due to elevated winds and seas.
The risk of rip currents will remain elevated for the Atlantic beaches through the rest of the weekend and most of next week due to onshore flow and northerly swell. Large breaking waves are expected to continue in the surf zone along the Palm Beach County and Broward County through the rest of this weekend.
