LEHIGH ACRES, Florida - The Florida Lottery announced that Dora Velazquez, 57, of Lehigh Acres, claimed a $1 million top prize from the LOTERIA GRANDE Scratch-Off game at Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.
The Lee County woman chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $640,000.00.
Velazquez purchased her winning ticket from Fresh Choice Food Market, located at 25 Homestead Road North in Lehigh Acres. The retailer received a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
The $5 LOTERIA GRANDE Scratch-Off game offers a chance to win $1 million instantly.
