Florida Feels Cold Snap After Front Passes
ORLANDO, Florida - It's a chilly day across the Sunshine State after a cold front moved through Florida on Thursday, December 12, 2024.
Low temperatures dropped this morning into the 30s in North Florida, 40s across most of Central Florida, and 50s in South Florida.
The day will remain chilly with highs only in the 40s in North Florida, 50s and 60s across most of Central Florida, and low 70s in South Florida.
Tonight will see more low temperatures with wind chill factors in the 30s in North Florida, 40s across most of Central Florida, and 50s in South Florida.
Skies will be mostly clear over Florida tonight which will make it easier to watch the Geminid meteor shower.
On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, temperatures will warm back up to highs in the 60s and 70s.
