UPDATE: Jace Saunders has been found safe.
Tavares, FL – An AMBER Alert has been issued for 5-year-old Jace Saunders, who was last seen on December 16, 2024, in the area of the 1000 block of Wells Avenue in Tavares, Florida.
Jace is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He stands at 3 feet tall and weighs approximately 55 pounds. At the time of his disappearance, Jace was wearing a long sleeve black shirt with a multicolored graphic design and dark-colored pajama pants.
The child may be with Jace’s grandmother, Kelly Day-Dasilva, and could be traveling in a black Honda Accord.
Authorities urge the public not to approach the child or the individual, but to call 911.
