Dangerous Rip Currents, Showers For South Florida
MIAMI, Florida - Isolated to scattered showers will be possible mainly later this afternoon and evening across South Florida on Christmas Day, Wednesday, December 25, 2024, according to the National Weather Service in Miami.
A High Rip Current Risk remains for Miami-Dade and Broward counties through this evening.
Highs will reach the upper 70s this afternoon.
Thursday through Tuesday
The risk for rip currents will remain high for the Atlantic beaches most of this week as onshore flow is maintained and increases.
Hazardous marine conditions may develop across the Atlantic waters in the late week period.
