Alabama Woman Buys $10 Million Florida Scratch-Off Ticket
PENSACOLA, Florida - The Florida Lottery announced that Jessica Callihan, 47, of Foley, Alabama, claimed a $10 million top prize from the $20 GOLD RUSH LEGACY Scratch-Off game at Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.
The Alabama woman chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $6,030,000.00.
Callihan turned $20 into $10 million when she purchased her winning ticket from a Cumberland Farms located at 16786A Perdido Key Drive in Pensacola.
The retailer received a $20,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
The $20 Scratch-Off game, GOLD RUSH LEGACY, launched in April and features four top prizes of $10 million and 20 prizes of $1 million.
The game’s overall odds of winning are 1-in-2.97.
