Florida Among 16 States In Costco Salad Recall
ORLANDO, Florida - Costco Wholesale is recalling a salad that was sold at Costco stores in 16 states, including Florida.
Costco members may have purchased a Grain + Celery Salad that was inadvertently marked as item #25247 Ancient Grain + Vegetable Salad. The mismarked units may contain undeclared Soy and Almonds.
Costco stated in an announcement that, if you’re allergic to Soy or Almonds, do not consume this product, and please return it to Costco for a full refund.
People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to Soy or Almonds run the risk of severe life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
Customers can contact Costco at 800-774-2678, Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. ET.
The affected Costco store Florida locations are in Davie, Pembroke Pines, and Winter Park.
The 16 affected states are: California, Connecticut, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington.
