Where: Portions of Southeast Florida, including Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Current Situation: At 12:22 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have already fallen, and additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected in the next hour.
