Cleveland Browns Defensive End Lonnie Phelps Arrested For DUI In Florida

KEY WEST, Florida –  Cleveland Browns defensive end Lonnie Phelps was arrested for DUI after a vehicle that he was allegedly drivingKey West Police while impaired crashed through a restaurant Wednesday night in Key West, Florida.

Key West police say that the 23-year old crashed a black Hyundai SUV into Red Shoe Island Bistro on Petronia Street. 

Police say that the building and vehicle were significantly damaged, but there were no injuries.
