Heat, Thunderstorms For Florida

MIAMI, Florida – Scattered thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and into early evening on Friday, May 31, 2024, across South Florida, the Florida panhandle, and the western half of the Florida peninsula.

The greatest chance for thunderstorms is in Southwest Florida. 

Any storm is capable of frequent lightning, gusty winds, and locally heavy rainfall.
