Credit: Red Lobster ORLANDO, Florida - Red Lobster is closing over 100 of its restaurant locations as the seafood restaurant chain is reportedly near bankruptcy, according to Bloomberg. Red Lobster's website shows that sixteen locations across Florida have abruptly closed their doors. Several locations are listed as having their restaurant equipment up for auction on tagexbrands. However, many Red Lobster locations still remain open in the Sunshine State. According to the State of Florida WARN Notice website, Red Lobster has not filed a notice of intent to layoff its employees.
