TAMPA, Florida - The ex-husband of a Florida woman who made a viral TikTok video of herself crying while making birthday cupcakes said in a TikTok stitch that he has full custody of their children and that she owes him more than $20,000 in child support.

29-year-old Elizabeth Teckenbrock of Tampa, Florida, posted the single mom birthday cake TikTok video under the username @morethanelizabeth with the caption, "Being a single mom is making your own birthday cake on your birthday so that your babies can feel happy they are singing to you."
The Florida woman's emotional post garnered over 37 million views, over 4 million likes, and national and international news coverage, before the video was taken down after her ex-husband's stitch.
Florida is now a 50/50 child custody state after Governor Ron DeSantis signed into law a presumption that it is in the best interest of the children to be with both parents equally unless a judge finds otherwise.
