Tax rates can vary by country, state, territory and city, and are based on the applicable rate at the time of your Netflix charge. These amounts can change over time with local tax requirements."

According to the Florida Department of Revenue, a communications services tax is imposed on each sale of communications services in Florida, including video and music streaming.

That means that the Florida tax on streaming services applies to all subscriptions, including Hulu, Disney+, YouTube Premiun, Amazon Prime, and other streaming apps and websites.
