DAVIE, Florida – A recent Broward County, Florida AMBER Alert has been issued for 8-month-old Amelia Martinez, who is a white female, 1 foot tall, 35 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.

Amelia Martinez was last seen on February 20, 2024 in the area of the 4900th block of SW 148 Avenue in Davie, Florida.
According to the Davie Police Department, Amelia’s grandmother dropped her off at the Little Hands in Learning daycare around 11 p.m. on February 20.
Amelia’s father, Jacob Howard, picked up Amelia around 1:40 p.m. and passed her off to an unknown person, probably her mother, Ary’s Martinez.
They may be traveling in an unknown vehicle.
Howard and Martinez both had their parental rights terminated and Amelia is in ChildNet’s custody.
Authorities say that she may be in the company of Arys Martinez, a white female, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 140 lbs., brown hair and brown eyes.
