FBI Arrests 3 In Florida For January 6 US Capitol Attack
GROVELAND, Florida - Three years to the day, the FBI announced that three fugitives who allegedly participated in the violence at the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021 were taken into custody at a Groveland ranch early Saturday morning in Lake County, Florida.

The three defendants, Jonathan Daniel Pollock, Olivia Michelle Pollock, and Joseph Daniel Hutchinson, III. are scheduled to appear in federal court in Ocala Florida on Monday, January 8, 2024.
According to a FBI wanted posters, Jonathan Daniel Pollock, he is charged with Assaulting, Resisting, or Impeding Certain Officers or Employees; Aiding and Abetting; Theft of Government Property; Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority; and Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds.
Olivia Michelle Pollock is charged with Assaulting, Resisting, or Impeding Certain Officers or Employees; Aiding and Abetting; Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority; and Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds.
Joseph Daniel Hutchinson, III is charged with Assaulting, Resisting, or Impeding Certain Officers or Employees; Aiding and Abetting; Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority; and Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds.
President Donald Trump promised, if reelected, that he will pardon those convicted in the January 6 Capitol riots.
