$10k Reward Offered In Florida Mall Shooting
OCALA, Fla. – The Ocala Police Department is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Albert Shell Jr., 39, the suspect alleged to be responsible for the fatal shooting at Paddock Mall in Ocala, Florida on Saturday.
The shooting claimed the life of David Nathaniel Barron, 40, and left a woman injured.
Police announced the $10,000 reward on Tuesday, emphasizing the urgency to locate Shell, who faces charges of first-degree murder and attempted premeditated first-degree murder.
Police say that Barron was specifically targeted by Shell during the tragic incident inside the mall.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact OPD at 352-656-6137.

Ocala police are also asking the public's help in identifying a man who allegedly took the suspected shooter's hat from the crime scene.
Surveillance images and video of the person have been shared on social media and a reward of $3,000 is being offered.
"This individual tampered with crucial evidence by taking the shooter's red hat from the crime scene at Paddock Mall," OPD stated on social media. "The hat may contain valuable DNA evidence."
